Meeting on the radioactive waste certification
On 11-12 March, 2025, JSC SPC ASPECT hosted the third Meeting on the issues of certification of radioactive waste at the facilities of nuclear energy enterprises, at the sites of the National Operator for Radioactive Waste Management. The meeting was attended by representatives of FSUE VNIIA named after N.L. Dukhov, JSC TVEL, Branch of JSC Rosenergoatom Concern ODIC, Leningrad NPP, JSC IPPE, JSC NO – RWM, JSC NIKIMT-Atomstroy.
The participants of the meeting made presentations on various issues of radioactive waste certification. The simultaneous presence of research, design, operation and production organizations at the meeting made it possible to comprehensively and effectively discuss pressing issues in the field of certification of radioactive waste.
The meeting ended with a demonstration of the JSC SPC ASPECT production facilities and equipment for radioactive waste certification manufactured under current supply contracts.
